Our favourite spot to pick up a pastry or two and stop by for a freshly brewed Ona bean coffee to dunk that ever-so buttery croissant in. If you do happen to be in town for a tad longer, their catering team whip up a thoroughly delicious feast, both for the tummy and for the eye!

It's a Sri Lankan icon. Ministry of Crab celebrates the Sri Lankan crab in all forms: from local lagoon crab doused in chill or pepper to a spicy curried crab. Is it worth the hype? Order the mud crab, the clay pot prawn curry and some traditional wood-fired Kade bread, and get back to us.

Café Vins is the spot we can count on for that ridiculously-smooth and creamy latte. Though it's much more than just a coffee shop. Whilst you sip on the finest brew, take a peruse of the endless magazines, art journals and books in its reading room. 

Allegedly it's always sunny at Hector's. Though we can't count on the weather, you can count on a tip-top vibe at this bottle shop, espresso and wine bar. Rare finds, old vintages and all the European classics can be hunted down and sampled at this super-chic, neighbourhood hangout. 

Through some humble-looking black painted doors in Clerkenwell is the emporium of art and design that is Hollybush Gardens. The temporary exhibitions are remarkably curated and simultaneously interdisciplinary. Pop by for a performance or lecture, and swing by the shop before you leave. You're sure to find a book you never knew you needed. 

Though you can order a great plate of arancini (amongst many, many other small plates) Bambi sticks in our minds for a whole lot of other things. From it's great wine lists (sparkling wine fanatics this is the place for you) to its "music-led" agenda; if you're looking for a place to groove and move, head to Bambi. 

When one of our favourite bakeries announced the news that it was opening a permanent spot to wine and dine in, all chaos let loose. Ingrid is one of those places we'll take our lovers, friends and family to sip on a fresh glass of chilled red and nibble on some tremendous small plates. 

Millesgården is the former home of sculptor Carl Milles and so, whilst his studio, garden and home remains it has become the hosting ground of some of the most innovative temporary exhibitions in Stockholm. With curations ranging from Jacqueline Marval's Fauvist works to recent displays of L'Art Brut and the Wiener Werkstätte collection, there's never a dull moment. 

Bacchanale. This French bistro makes you profoundly content. From its beautiful interiors, the hustle and bustle of the chefs at the open kitchen, the hip crowds it attracts to the superb wine and food. From small plates to sharing main dishes, and the infamous tarte tatin. There's deliciousness in every mouthful.
