Pizza by the slice and a good glass of natural vino: it's like being back in NYC. Only when you pop by 800 Grader and get your ever-so cheesy stracciatella, or pizza con le patate, you're in fact in the scenic, quiet streets of Södermalm. Pop by for a casual lunch or dinner, before wandering around SoFo. 

À la Lo proves that veggie can be just as good. Fresh, healthy, and oh so tasty, think freshly squeezed smoothies, toasted levain bread with cream cheese and some killer banana bread. 

When in Rome they say (although in this case Stockholm) it is only normal to want to visit the flagship store and design archive of Swedish-born fashion house Acne Studios. So, if you're still reminiscing about those trousers, or that shirt, pop in to the Archives to discover the gems from the past. What is more, everything is sold at a purse-friendly price. 

Adam/Albin is an intimate fine dining restaurant with a simple but intriguing menu. The dishes are super beautiful, so be prepared to whip out your phone to snap a pic or two.

A neighborhood bistro which remains unbelievably hip but also so tasty. Settle down for some celeriac skewers, tempura fried soft shell crab, or turbot fillet and some stellar wine to top it all off. 

Food doesn't always have the power to make us speechless; the dishes served at Aira do. The tasting menu is more comparable to a journey than simply a series of course. Few words sum up just how good the food is, you'll just have to taste it to understand. 

The waiters, lovingly referred to as the three musketeers, bring the wholesome vibes to this tiny wine bar. Tables and chairs are continuously added throughout the evening, as the wine flows steadily, and the music cramps up a notch! There is no place we'd rather spend our Friday evenings! 

Nestled within the traditional 19th century building, the interiors are nearly as awe-inspiring as the recycled-silver jewellery. Marvel at the aesthetics and gawp at the necklaces: it's terrifically hard to walk away empty handed. 

Fashion meets art: for APLACE it's a continual project of design, creativity and love. Emerging from a magazine and trade fair, APLACE has now become a place which showcases the very best of Scandinavian style. Whether you're in the market for a few more clothes, or after some Scandi homeware, you've found the right spot!

Artipelag is a contemporary cultural center housing an excellent collection of photography & art installations. Just a short drive away from the centre of Stockholm, Artipelag is certainly worth a visit.

Serving innovative small Asian plates perfect for sharing, great cocktails, and having great vibes is what it is all about at Asian post office. This popular establishment is the perfect spot with your girlfriends before a night out as the vibes are always high. Make sure to order the crispy pork buns when you go, they are amazing. 

Wander through Norrmalm & settle in at this popular neighbourhood spot for simple Italian-inspired comfort food. Babette has some of the best pizzas in town in our humble opinion.

Bageri Kompass may be in the suburbs of Stockholm though it's causing quite a stir in the cities vast, bakery scene. Open until sold out (a regular occurrence, especially at the weekend) pop by for a freshly-baked loaf and a magnificently flaky croissant that could whisk you back to the streets of France. 

It's cute and ever-so cosy: Kafé Kringlan is as inviting as it gets. Grab a blanket and enjoy a coffee and bun on the terrace; no matter the weather it's the perfect people watching spot.

Go for the "kaffe crema" and stay for the exceptional welcome and buzzy vibes of this small, but fabulous kaffebar.  It's one of those spots with a "when you know, you know" reputation but that just adds to the appeal. Whilst the coffee is great, the lunchtime pizza is something special. 

Consider this our ode to BAMBI. Relatively new to the Stockholm dining scene, BAMBI is that neighborhood spot that attracts the hip crowd of natural wine lovers and food fanatics of Södermalm. Hearty portions (for both the food and the free poured wine), loud tunes, and a terrific buzz, we see why it has been coined 'bambi_4_ever'! 

Though this spot is slightly iconic for its delicious cheesecake, expect some hearty, cheesy dishes - from its burrata, to truffle toasties and nduja, parmesan toasties to its more refined sashimi and pickled cucumber. Great vibes, and terrific wines, this is a hidden, neighborhood gem in Kungsholmen.  

Bar Agrikultur is the casual sister restaurant of Agrikultur. We love it for its fresh, tasty small plates showcasing the best of local produce.

When the sun comes out in Stockholm, it's safe to say the city comes alive. And one terrace not to be missed is at Bar Libertin. Great natural wines and some stellar small plates to tuck away at, we're more than happy to make the small commute to this gem. 

Bar Montan is yet another hot spot in the industrial Slakthusområdet. With its dimly lit lighting, wooden decor, and concrete walls the interior is a design-fanatics haven. The food is also one for the foodies: with a concentrated menu, though there's not so much to choose from everything tastes just superb! 

For a great glass of vino, head to bar Ninja. Candle-light, great service, and an amazing ambiance make for the perfect night.
