The farm-to-table concept is key to Máximo where the menus change daily depending on that day's harvest. As a result, the food is unequivocally fresh. Fusing French flavours, with Mexican ingredients expect the unexpected, but trust the process!

It's not all the time we come across a restaurant with just so many accolades: headed by the reclaimed Elena Reygadas, Rosetta is not only listed as one of Latin America's best restaurants, but also the world's. Expect traditional Mexican dishes served with little twists: such as the vibrant pink mole, with betabel and radicchio, or bean tamales with nopales and avocado. We also have to mention the in-house bakery which rustles up the tastiest sourdough loaves.

If we had to choose one place for you to go while in Mexico City, it would be Panadería Rosetta. This incredible bakery truly will give you a taste of heaven. Enjoy their pastries and coffee on the terrace and you will realize why we love it so much.
