Expect traditional Mexican dishes served with little twists: such as the vibrant pink mole, with betabel and radicchio, or bean tamales with nopales and avocado. Olivia Foundation is a private art gallery in Roma Norte and has become one of the busiest contemporary art spaces in its neighbourhood. Although many bicker that they are constantly closing and opening their doors, that means exhibitions from artists worldwide (especially women) are continually rotated.
