Caiñito is casual, it's small, and it's menu is limited to five things. Like many of the best taqueria's in Mexico don't expect a seat and a table. Instead perch on the street and order taco by taco until you're sufficiently full. Expect layer upon layer of toppings fused with Asian spices piled high on top of the perfectly crisp, home baked corn tortilla. It's so delicious you're sure to keep going back for more.
The farm-to-table concept is key to Máximo where the menus change daily depending on that day's harvest. As a result, the food is unequivocally fresh. Fusing French flavours, with Mexican ingredients expect the unexpected, but trust the process!
If you are in for an interesting night with friends, we suggest visiting Petanca Roma. A long night of Micheladas, a competitive game of pétanque, chips and guac during a chit-chat break and laughs await.
Laguna is a community project that unites a number of creative minds, whether it be architects, gastronomes or artists. A visit to this incredible space, housed within a 1920s textile factory, - whether it be for a cultural exchange or cookery workshop - is bound to be inspiring.
