A consummate planner, a lover of beautiful things, a traveller never without a camera and a deck of cards. Hannah is many things (including the perfect resource for perfect travel tips).

Molino "el pujol" is not your typical tortillería. Run by the acclaimed chef Enrique Olvera who also runs the acclaimed Pujol, this place is an ode to Mexican food, as it blends the most traditional dishes with classic ingredients but of course, with a modern twist. Sit back and relax to enjoy the show that goes on in the kitchen as well as the famous process of nixtamalization, which is when the corn is transformed into fresh masa. They truly do it all. The menu ranges from exquisite tacos with blue corn tortillas to fluffy tamales and many other dishes that celebrate the rich flavours of Mexican cuisine.
