Coffee is practically a way of life in France, & that's why we absolutely adore Boot Cafe. It's charming & it has terrific coffee and not to mention delicious pastries. 

Our favourite crêperie in Paris, for both savoury and sweet. Order the crepe with filling of Valrhona chocolate with 70% cocoa solids. 

A coffee with milk, so anything but an espresso or allongé, is likely to set you back a good few euros in this metropolis. So, if we're going to spend €6 euros on our oat cappuccino, we'd rather ensure it's one of the creamiest, richest blends in the book. A safe bet? BUDDY BUDDY. With outposts in Brussels and Taiwan, their Paris stop in the 10th is a treat for the interior design-fanatics. Their nut butter is also something special. 

Café Charlot encapsulates the spirit of true Parisian culture, being one of the best spots in the city for people watching. We love settling into their intimate interiors, and watching away over a coffee or glass of wine.

Café Coutume in Paris is a trendy coffee haven with an extensive array of specialty brews. Consult the knowledgeable baristas for guidance, and enjoy organic delights and savour their house-roasted coffee. Don't miss the 'detox veggie brunch' paired with a superb espresso or cappuccino.

Classic Parisian Art Deco cafe on the corner of Boulevard Saint-Germain has played host to everyone from Sartre to Picasso. One of the oldest coffee spots in Paris. Try to get a table next to the posh French ladies and sip on a glass of champagne, and get an omelette if you are hungry. 

If you need a little pick-me-up whilst you're shopping & happen to be in the 1st arrondissement, you're in luck. Cafe Kitsune has delicious coffee & good vibes. 

It honestly doesn't get much cooler than this artisanal coffee shop. We are obsessed with their original specialty coffees, like their Orange Mocha or Rose Latte. If you need us, we'll be her rubbing shoulders with the hippest crowd in Paris!

Voltaire (the resident corgi) may seem like the main draw at Candle Kids, though that's before a sip of the house speciality: a creamy brewed latte made with mountain honey from Savoie, the hometown of the power-duo owners and brother, Martin and Ernest Laurens. With the help of Studio Ebur, they transformed this corner-hugging spot into an immaculately designed oasis; stone columns are left bare, an oak-stool pair accompanies the zinc-topped bar and glass-box dessert case, and light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The door is left open, allowing the gentle chatter from the outside benches to filter through to the expansive, open-plan interiors. Inside is a clutter of tables reserved for laptop users on weekdays, though the remainder are filled with neighbourhood locals tucking into the fresh bake of the day. 

Beans from Barcelona-based roaster, Nomad, are the base of that perfect café latte at Cortado on Rue Charlot. A bustle of activity from open to close, the Marais folk gather on this dinky street to sip and natter – and knit come a Tuesday evening. Pastry chef, and former Beaux-Arts student, Zoé Souchar is on the sweet treats but come the afternoon and the tapas rolls in; don't miss a taste of its iconic pan con tomate. 

Dinette began as a catering company and supper club meet-up and now Hannah and Rebecca use their Moroccan and Tunisian heritage to create a build-your-own mezze stop-off in their oak-fronted café. With large sliding windows, a people-watching bench perched outside and neutral-toned interiors – the aesthetics are admirable. And that's before mentioning the food. Burrata bowls are topped with strawberries, basil and molasses, deviled eggs arrive in a pink puddle and gnocchi is served in a fresh marinara sauce. Fresh, delicious, healthy. Though leave space for the Dinette cheesecake. 

This charming cafe was opened by the legendary former barista at Boot Cafe. It serves up some of the highest quality specialty coffee in Paris. 

Chances are if you ask any resident in the general vicinity of FAUNA, they've heard of it. This coffee spot is just about one of the most chatted about in Paris. And why? It's simple. They serve a terrific coffee. 

A museum of the Arab world with beautiful & unique architecture by Jean Nouvel. Have tea or lunch at le Zyriab by Noura after your visit to the museum and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Seine. 

Popular and iconic cafe with a large terrace, located in the gallery and art district of Saint Germain. Go here on Fridays for an after work drink and mingle with the beautiful Parisians that love to celebrate the start of the weekend there. 

Just as iconic as it is delicious. This flagship location of Ladurée has a seemingly endless selection of macarons and sweets to choose from. Stop if for tea or coffee and enjoy the people watching. 

The oldest department store in Paris with the most excellently curated collection. You cannot forget to visit La Grande Épicerie de Paris, their amazing food section, but definitely don't go here when you're hungry. Pop in for a coffee break or a quick lunch at Rose Bakery Tea Room, too!

Their freshly baked French pastries and croissants will keep you wanting more. Not to mention their beautiful space, once you step inside this former library, feel the peace come over you as you escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a bit. 

A beautiful luxury tea & teapot boutique with a serene tea salon next door. As France’s oldest tea house, the tea sommeliers in white linen jackets are perfectly fitting.
