At L'Auberge de Montmin, high above Lake Annecy, Florian and Sandrine take care of everything with a single seasonal tasting menu inspired by surrpunding nature and Savoyard cuisine culture. Every course is a surprise, every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced, and the experience ends with generous sharing dishes designed to bring the whole table together.

Petit Paradis serves dinner right on the shore of Lake Annecy at Angon beach, mountains rising straight across the water. Claire and Xavier took over the address at the end of 2025, continuing exactly what Xavier built here over the past decade: veal chop roasted over the outdoor fire, market vegetables, the lake's own féra and arctic char. Ask for the table at the end of the private pontoon, set right over the water among the swans, though it can't be booked and goes to whoever arrives first after 7pm. 

One of our favourite lunch spots around Lake Annecy, Aquarama sits right on the water in Angon, complete with its own pontoon for those arriving by boat. Expect a crowd-pleasing menu of sea bream ceviche, vitello tonnato, truffle pizzas, and generous plates made for sharing.
