Emilie Maure
Born in the French mountains and with Dutch roots, Emilie grew up with adventure and altitude as a way of life. Whether it be a surf escape in Ericeira, downhill trails in Finale Ligure, or the seasonal living between lake swims and powder days around Annecy, it’s the landscapes that define her rhythm. After years of designing journeys across the globe for others, she approaches travel with the same instinct: try and test it herself. Emilie’s curiosity extends beyond the outdoors to fresh openings and a knack for discovering those thoughtfully designed hotels where history, atmosphere, and beautiful interiors subtly shape the stay.

The Ivens is a stunning boutique hotel, the design is stunning and attracts all sorts of creatives, artists, and Bohemians. It is truly a special property in the hippest part of town, Chiado. The restaurant, Rocco, is one of the hottest places to be right now for a delicious dinner or a great cocktail.
