Less is, ahem, a-more at this Parisian transplant hotel just a stone's throw from the Nice coastline. They've got a (teeny tiny) pool on the roof for early morning dips and a lovely little courtyard restaurant for a tender scramble before you hit the streets - or the beach - for the day. Their beach club is actually one of our favourites in the city.
