A reimagined 19th-century farmhouse set within wild Mediterranean landscape. It’s got a paired back countryside feel – blending traditional Menorcan architecture with modern comfort with design details like macramé headboards, reclaimed wood and ceramic lamps. Food wise it’s all seasonal, locally sourced and crafted using traditional methods like smoking and pickling. Even down to the cocktail menu, most of what you eat or drink has been sourced from their land or close by.
