If you ask us, a 100-hectare finca located in a former 17th-century palace sounds like a dreamy place to spend your holidays. The Fontenille Menorca, what with its vine-covered gardens, luxurious spa and divine interiors, is certainly one of our favourite spots to stay.
Though perhaps not the most beautiful of the Menorcan beaches, Platja des Grau is perfect for a beach trip with the kids. Grab a snack from the tiny shack or, head to Tamarindos for lunch.
