If you ask us, a 100-hectare finca located in a former 17th-century palace sounds like a dreamy place to spend your holidays. The Fontenille Menorca, what with its vine-covered gardens, luxurious spa and divine interiors, is certainly one of our favourite spots to stay. 

This spot is a local's favourite for the seafood paella. And it's not surprising why. The food is exceptional, but what makes this place so iconic is its beautiful terrace overlooking Fornelis Bay. 

A quaint and rustic restaurant popular amongst the locals. Make a reservation beforehand and enjoy amazing seafood. Try the "caldereta de langosta” (lobster stew), you'll thank us later.
