Slip downstairs at you’ll uncover Cocun, a moody, music-filled cellar with 24,000 bottles and vinyl records lining the walls. This isn’t your average wine bar: it’s a full-on Alpine experience. Sip natural wines, nibble on fresh trout carpaccio and then sneak into the cheese, chocolate, or whisky rooms for more. Cosy, original, and full of charm . 

 Between the Sella and Sassolungo peaks, Chalet Gerard blends high-end charm with cosy mountain warmth. From comforting schnitzel sto delicate, traditional ravioli recipes, this family-run gem serves up Alto Adige’s best with a side of postcard views. Don’t leave without trying the crepes. It’s high-end yet hearty, with warm service, woodsy elegance, and a spa you’ll never want to leave. A true Dolomitic daydream minutes away from the slopes.  

Bringing a little Mediterranean spirit to Amagansett, il Buco al Mare serves local seafood and seasonal produce alongside ancient-grain focaccia and tins of fish from Italy and the Iberian Peninsula. The wine list follows suit, with coastal producers and bottles that are rather appropriately touched by the sea.

Dating back to 1878, Sagaponack General Store has been the village’s one-stop shop for rather a long time. Today, the restored store stocks farm-fresh produce, sandwiches, pastries and its own honey, alongside penny candy tucked into the old post-office boxes – the ideal provisions for a day at Sagg Main Beach.
