a Mano, or as translated 'by hand', infers it's fresh. And fresh it is. Each day the pasta is created, shaped, and made into something spectacular. Whether its an orecchiette broccolini, tagliatelle tossed through with fresh basil pesto or a paccheri alla pescatora, the pasta at a Mano is utterly delectable. The dining room atmosphere vibes of this spot are also what sets it apart.
