While it is not technically in San Francisco, DAYTRIP is sooo worth the 30 minute drive into Oakland. Think small plates made to perfection, natural wines galore, and vibes that are unmatched. We love it here, and you will too. 

Bagels. How we love them, how we crave them. Particularly when they're the hand rolled, kettle boiled, chewy kind topped generously with an everything seasoning and stuffed with salmon, onion, lemon, capers, dill and a heaping of scallion schmear. Hella Bagels knows what's up. 

It may not look like much from the outside, but that's sometimes all the more telling of what is going to be a jolly good burger institution. Al's Big Burger is no exception. 

Found in Ferry Market Building is this great eatery. The dining room of Boulette’s Larder is dark and moody, which makes Wednesday afternoon feel like a Friday evening.
