The restaurant on the ground floor of Nick Jones’ latest hotel venture, St Clement, is the place to be seen for a weekday lunch in London. It’s got the buzz that the Ivy did in the 90s and there’s always a celebrity tucked into one of the round booths. The fact that the courgette fritti and pappardelle with veal ragu are cooked by Danny Bohan (previously of the River Café) is almost beside the point.
