If we had to choose one wine bar to go to in Rotterdam, then we think this may just steal the spot. The energy at this place is infectious. Whilst being unbelievably trendy, Bar Cult has managed to keep the passion on the wine, offering some of the most gloriously tasty wines we've tried. 

With the industrial exterior it's easy just to cycle past this spot - that is when there's not a queue lined up outside. But once inside, though a vast space, it's unbelievably cosy. Perhaps it's the eclectic mix of furniture, chalk boards, and paintings on the wall, or the smell of their own freshly roasted coffee.
