Utage Sake Bar may be relatively new to the Amsterdam dining scene, though it is fast becoming the neighbourhood spot for some Japanese bites and premium sake. Settle down for some Salt'n'Yuzu liqueur, and some seriously tasty plates, and we bet that you'll be returning time and time again.
