Though a reservation may be one of the toughest to snag in town, it's worth being quick on the mark. This cosy neighbourhood spot serves some of the tasties local dishes, hands down. 

Sushi Sho is a tiny Michelin-starred sushi bar with an insanely good omakase menu that changes daily. Because it's so small (and charming!), it's wise to book in advance to secure a table.
