Bottega Barlie is a corner-straddling spot in Copenhagen's inner-city Frederiksstaden district, an area characterised by the grand Rococo design of the inner city and the quaint lines of yellow houses in Nyboder, built by Christian IV to house the navy. Beckoning the locals, Bottega Barlie is a laid-back bistro serving Mediterranean-inspired, sharing plates from morning to night alongside an extensive wine list. Order a few plates to share (the white asparagus served with egg crème, salted lemon and manchego cheese is a highlight) and settle in for the evening. 

This extremely unique and eccentric wine bar can be recognised miles away by its vibrant shade of royal blue that clad its walls. Their über Scandi vibes make this the most hygge place for a cheeky glass of wine!
