In a city spoiled for gelato, DILLON still manages to stand out. Forget the usual suspects because here, vanilla-specked cones are hand-rolled daily, sweet stracciatella gets a turmeric twist, and pistachios are put through a nine-hour in-house process before they even hit the scoop. 

This cosy 3-story cocktail bar is infinitely inviting (we adore the fireplace). Check out the hidden whisky bar on the third floor or ask the talented and friendly bartenders for advice.

While the food itself is inventive and unique, what really makes us return to Geranium is its stellar views. Its spot on the 8th floor of FC Copenhagen Stadium means a glorious panorama to look out onto as world-renowned chef, Rasmus Kofoed, rustles up a feast. 

/tri club is one for the adventurous spirited out there. First established as a training club to prepare people for an Ironman, /tri club is not one for the fainthearted. Though, what we love about it is the sauna.
