Tess Gruenberg and Will Sapp

Owners of regenerative farm and kitchen, éla!, our friends Tess and Will are the definition of not sticking to one box. Tess is a writer and creative consultant; Will is a New York attorney and works on an agroforestry regeneration project in Ghana; and between them, they've made base in 15 cities. Now, they're at the heart of the field-to-table pleasure garden and rare wine cellar on the rustic, charming island of Patmos. Discovering natural wines, wandering new places until their legs ache, settling down for a drink and striking up a conversation with a local – this is how the duo discovers a new place.
