Ever since she was little, Stephanie has been travelling. Near, far, but always with a focus on finding culture. Over the years, Stephanie laid down roots in several cosmopolitan cities – think New York, London & Paris – but these days she’s happy to be back in her very own city, Amsterdam. When she is not honing, growing & shaping gloobles around the clock, she leads several charitable projects at home and abroad. Want to know her favourite destination or cause? That’s like picking a favourite child for Stephanie.

One Bakkerij Wolf wasn't enough for Amsterdam. The Rozengracht outpost brings the bakery's much-loved pastries, breads and filled-to-the-brim sandwiches to the western side of the canal belt, making it even easier to pick up a cardamom bun or a strawberry danish for the road. Stopping by for one bake rarely works out that way.

It's a Bob Nagel world and we're just living in it. From the team behind Café Binnenvisser and cult-favourite bakery Louf, this charming neighbourhood café brings a healthy dose of Dutch gezelligheid to Oud-West. Come for their elevated take on a classic raisin-studded krentenbol with cheese, and for a generous serving of mussels swimming in beurre blanc alongside a bowl of crispy fries for dinner.
