Omakase-style dining has become incredibly popular in the past few years. One of our favourite spots in Amsterdam for omakase is Ken Sushi. Ken and his team have mastered sushi-making but still make the experience warm, friendly and accessible.

It might sound a bit hyperbolic, particularly when you see all the other incredible buildings in Amsterdam, but this is probably one of the most beautiful & Instagrammable places in the whole city. This 17th century canal house has its very own chapel that just so happens to be bright pink. This is a photo opportunity that can’t be missed.

Bird Thai has been a stalwart of Amsterdam's dining scene for years. Though it's tucked amidst the chaos of the Red Light District, the vibe is actually pretty relaxed inside. Expect solid versions of Thai classics.
