This dreamy ramen spot in Paris's 7th is dark & moody. If you're a vegetarian you're in luck because they have terrific seasonal vegetarian ramen. 

Break from classic French bistro food for a little foray into the delights of Basque cuisine at Chez L'Ami Jean. It may be a bit expensive but it's totally worth it. 

Gone are the days in Paris when you have to settle in for a long meal at a white tablecloth to have good food. La Buvette is one of the wonderful new options in the wave of hip wine bars serving delicious food. 

If you want to feel like a true Parisian (and really, is there any better sensation) then we strongly advise you head to La Cave à Michel for a glass or two of the good stuff. 

Sikelia is an elegant, luxurious paradise and just so happens to be home to the island’s very best restaurant. So you better come prepared to splash out.

Spend an evening at Coste Ghirlanda, admiring the stars whilst you eat. The private lounge overlooking the estate is the perfect place to sip some wines and go on a journey through their fantastic flavours. And we have to say, we just adore their approach to Italian classics. 

The go-to lunch spot on this side of the island, Il Principe e Il Pirata pairs just-caught seafood with sweeping sea views from its blue-and-white terrace. Order the catch of the day, a classic Pantesca salad studded with capers and potatoes, and a chilled glass of Passito.
