What started as a family affair has now grown into a kitchen and guesthouse. Using fresh ingredients, and locally caught seafood, Capim Santo is still very much a family-run venture. You can feel the love and passion that goes into creating all of the dishes.

Stay all day long and still don't want to leave...we can't blame you! Tartarugas Bar and Restaurant is nestled within the gardens and cliffs along the Estrada Trancoso making it the perfect spot to admire the views and ocean beyond. On top of that, it serves the most delicious food. 

Environmentally conscious, Casa Almar follows a 'farm to table' technique preparing fresh fish and vegetables that have been grown, and collected using sustainable methods. Doing good, whilst also making you feel good, the aims of those at Casa Almar are inspiring. 

Located in the middle of a forest, Floresta Trancoso offers a unique dining experience. Take a tour of the plantation to learn about the history of gastronomy in the Bahia region before sitting down to delicious, traditional food. A must do when in Trancoso!
