We don't always feel like splurging quite, but when we do, the Aman New York is our first port of call. This gorgeous hotel is well worth the price tag if you can swing it. 

While the food is definitely of fine dining quality, we wouldn't exactly describe this as a fancy eatery. You can tell that there is an unapologetic passion for authentic Korean food, where guests pay a set price for a three-course meal from which they can choose multiple options. Any way you end up going is guaranteed to exceed any and all expectations!
