Churrería Manolo is a remarkable establishment known for its life-changing churros. Established in the 1960s, this beloved spot has become a local favourite, attracting both residents and tourists. The churros are freshly made, crispy on the outside soft on the inside and covered with lots of sugar. They are made with fillings of rich chocolate or dulce de leche (which is our suggestion). While this is a classic café that serves sandwiches all day long, we heavily recommend you to either order the churros or take them to-go.

With bartender Efraín Naime behind the stick, El Infusionsista is best-known for Transfusión, the much-photographed cocktail with a vodka base, red berries and beetroot. While the blood bag cocktail might not be for everyone, the pretty-in-pink grape-led Somnífero (The Sleep Inducer) inspired by the Japanese siphon coffee technique is more palatable for its elegant pisco, Lillet and Moscatel grape flavours.
