It's first come first serve here, so make sure to get there on time to get a taste of their 8-hour roasted Porco a San Zé!

Fogo de Chão in Jardins is one of the best places to experience authentic Brazilian rodízio in São Paulo. Here, servers circulate with skewers of grilled meats – from beef to lamb, pork, and chicken – slicing them tableside nonstop. Rodízio means endless servings, so you eat until you’ unzip your pants. The meats, all exceptionally seasoned, juicy, and cooked over open flames, will make even those who don’t usually eat meat, eat meat. But Fogo de Chão knows about palate cleansers, which is why they encourage you to complement your feast with fresh salads, smoked veggies, or a worldwide favourite: their heavenly, life-changing, caramelised bananas. It wont sound appealing until you try it. If we had to add two meat cuts it would be Cupim and Picanha.
