The meats, all exceptionally seasoned, juicy, and cooked over open flames, will make even those who don’t usually eat meat, eat meat. But Fogo de Chão knows about palate cleansers, which is why they encourage you to complement your feast with fresh salads, smoked veggies, or a worldwide favourite: their heavenly, life-changing, caramelised bananas. It wont sound appealing until you try it. If we had to add two meat cuts it would be Cupim and Picanha.
