It is appointment only so send an email before your visit and make sure you come ready to sift! 

The Pantry is a classic institution in the Santa Fe region. Always bustling, enjoy a lively breakfast atmosphere while sipping on some unlimited filter coffee and eating blue corn pancakes. Don't go too late in the day as the queue will take hours. 

Located in an old adobe headquarters of a ranch, La Choza is the younger sibling of the  very popular The Shed. With a family-like atmosphere and amazing food, this is a must stop for a lunch or dinner. 

This slightly less spendy option for a hotel in Santa Fe is a great option. Hotel Santa Fe has the beautiful New Mexico feel with adobe houses and piñon smell wafting through the air. Enjoy excellent service and a great restaurant on site. Located about 15 minutes on foot from the square, but they also have nonstop shuttles bringing you in case you don't want to trek!
