The dishes are as ludicrously tasty as they are aesthetic, so settle down for a four course feast fusing French classics with Scottish personality. 

There's Total Trust, Inspire, and 10 by Modou: all tasting menus but with slight variations. Headed by Modou Diagne, this spot is slightly revolutionary. Bizarrely well priced but in now way compromising on taste or atmosphere; it's a worthy addition to Glasgow's booming food scene.
