Venture to Skye’s most westerly tip to reach this remote beacon. A short but steep 30-minute walk from the car park leads you to dramatic sea cliffs and sweeping views over the Minch. Keep your eyes peeled for minke whales, dolphins, and basking sharks cruising below, while seabirds like gannets and razorbills soar above. The lighthouse itself was built in 1909 and stands tall with its white tower and black lantern (cameras at the ready).
