One tasting menu, one serving time. The Cellar opens for only 12 guests per evening, curating an intimate dining experience. Beginning with pre-dinner drinks, before leading you on a culinary adventure: this is Scottish dining like no other. Langoustine thermidor beignet, salt aged duck, and an optional scottish cheese trolly (a must for us!) - you want to be one of those 12!
