This historic East End boozer is our fave local spot. Their motto, "brewing beer full of flavours and creating places full of life", couldn't be more true. If you're in the mood for a wild night out, we always recommend The Ten Bells. Pint anyone? 

Around the corner from Smithfield meat market, the original St. John is an institution of the British nose-to-tail movement. There’s also a Marylebone outpost, but we love this less formal Spitalfields offshoot as well as the custard-filled doughnuts coming out of its bakeries in Bermondsey and Neal’s Yard. A must-visit contemporary classic.

For a seriously luxurious manicure (or pedicure, of course!), book an appointment at Townhouse. The nail artists at Townhouse are super friendly and incredibly precise; your nails will certainly not chip after a day or two. We love that the space is airy, bright and inviting – a novelty amongst some London salons.
