Founded by Jermaine Semil and Benjaro Hitipeuw, the minimalist space seamlessly mixes metal and wood, drawing inspiration from Scandinavian and Japanese design. The space doubles as a roastery that focuses on rare beans, precise brewing and direct relationships with farmers. Standards here are high: expect everything from beautifully executed espresso to high-end, competition-level cups, poured by Zjevaun himself – crowned Dutch Barista
