Using local, fresh and seasonal produce from small-scale farmers, the kitchen designs tasting menus that combine ancient Balearic techniques with modern flavours. Dishes are paired with delicious natural wines, craft beers and kombucha. 

Stack upon stack of ceramics and pottery line the workshop shelves at Olleria Can Vent. Dating back since the 1700's, the earthenware pots continue to be handcrafted on site. It's worth a visit, even if you don't have room in your case for some crockery.
