Aubergine by Atzaró has almost become iconic to Ibiza, though for very good reasons. With their farm-to-table mantra, dine on the shaded terrace surrounded by a luscious green garden, and tuck into some incredible dishes. 

We have just the spot for when you want to escape the crowds, and hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. Cala Xuclar is a tiny horseshoe-shaped bay, surrounded by charming fishing huts & sparkling crystal clear water. Don't share this idyllic hideaway with too many people! For when you're feeling peckish try the beach bar - though it certainly looks modest, the flavours and the seafood they serve are anything but. 

When you're in Ibiza it can be tough to find true local spots but Can Mussonet is a real gem. The kitchen churns out super refined takes on Spanish classics; we're still dreaming of their marinated tuna. 

A beach bar come restaurant nestled in a small, secluded bay, Es Torrent is one of those places we want to return to time and time again. For is there anything better than enjoying the fresh fish of the day then when overlooking the crystal blue waters? We are eagerly awaiting the summer season come March. 

Arguably one of the best sunset sighting spots in Ibiza - whether this is partly due to the delicious cocktails we're not sure. Try a Belza, or an Old Cuban and soak up the ridiculously good ambience.

Casa Jondal is a dreamy beach club and restaurant situated on Cala Jondal. Try any of their delicious, minimal seafood dishes by chef Rafa Zafra and you will be guaranteed to leave more than content. 

Though it ironically guarantees you a refund if you don't spot the sea from your room, don't expect one for all rooms have splendid views and are in walking distance to a beautiful beach. Los Enamorados is small, stylish, and ridiculously quirky; it's most definitely not a hotel that is afraid of a splash of colour! With just the perfect dose of comfort and romance, this is the place to stay if you want to explore the more rugged, northern side of Ibiza. 

Parra & Romero is a beautiful contemporary gallery born in Madrid before opening its doors in Ibiza. And we couldn't be happier. With over eight exhibitions per year, all focused on the idea of showcasing new, and emerging talents. If you have a car, we also highly recommend taking a trip to their second gallery in Ibiza, coined as their 'Warehouse'. 

Whether you're looking for a take-away lunch, or just want to grab some gourmet groceries for during your trip, this small deli in Santa Gertrudis is the place to go. Go for some local fruit and veg, and be tempted by all of their nut butters, granola, bottles of fresh kombucha, and the tastiest natural wine. Pack plenty of shopping bags!

This little gem is a small, low-key pizza joint serving up the yummiest thin-crust pizzas. Catch the menu which changes daily on the black chalk board outside! 

A charming family run establishment that has been serving delicious, local food since the 80s. It's intimate, cosy, and wonderfully charming.
