At Petunia, it’s all about location, location, location. You’re facing Es Vedrà – the craggy rock island – and it really is as magical and magnetic as it looks in photos. And it’s worlds away from the buzzy Ibiza we know – really, Petunia is all about celebrating the island in its natural form. From the people at Beaumier, so there’s naturally some cool factor embedded into the soul of the place. Plus, Studio Galeón (a women-led design team based in NYC) were brought in to embrace the 70s spirit – from a time when the island came into its own. Interiors-wise, it’s fun and has a lot of personality: colourful carpets, palm tree lamps and glamorous sofas galore. It’s relaxed, and effortless, but manages to keep the beat of Ibiza alive (yoga, rooftop pool) too.
