With multiple installations spread across Maremma, Hypermaremma is its own self-proclaimed 'galaxy' of contemporary art. Check out its permanent exhibitions such as the remarkable large neon light installation, Spazio Amato, by Massimo Uberti, and Luca Bertolo's Osservatorio M1 striped cabin in the dunes.

Just about everything at this spot has us hooked. From its glorious seaside views, to its incredible ambience, more wines than you dare to choose from, and most importantly, its jolly good food. 

A visit to the archeological site of Cosa is a must: pop on some hiking shoes and take a stroll to the village, even if just for the views! Take a look at the ruins and call in to the museum for your daily dose of culture.
