Is there anything more romantic than dinner on the Amalfi Coast? We don't think so and there is no better spot to indulge than at Rossellinis. The food and the views are unbeatable.

The “pink palace of Ravello” – so called for its rose-quartz exterior – treads the line between kitsch and classic across mid-century-style rooms hoisted high above the Costiera. Terraced gardens lead down to the cliff-wedged pool and Michelin- starred restaurant Rossellinis, while the rooms at the back frame spectacular glimpses of the Lattari mountains. Free shuttles whisk you down to the beach club, just 15 minutes away.

Simple, amazing food. The portions are large so make sure you go with an empty stomach. The atmosphere is excellent and the owners incredibly friendly. We promise this will be some of the best pasta you'll have all trip.
