A local living room of stellar, on-rotation blend coffee and some of the freshest bakes in the city, Darcy's is a three location hotspot. Darcy's Kaffe is the Nørrebro variant and straddles the Rantzausgade corner with its royal blue stone façade. Inside, is a merriment of locals settling down for a BMO, a hefty slab of banana loaf or a seasonal sando. It's a place for the whole family; amidst the wooden planked skirting and the floor-to-ceiling art-covered walls expect some little ones running raucous. Though that really is the beauty of this place! 

OTP's opening hours may be limited to a two-day bender, though a visit to this contemporary art gallery is worth coordinating into any weekend jaunt. Here, the British art dealer and now Danish expat Oscar Gilbert, showcases his wonderful curations through a various range of media (painting, drawing, sculpture and installations). 

Sømunken all too often feels like the life and soul of Rantzausgade; it's never without a queue and there will always be a Nørrebro local chatting to owner and founder of Denmark's Green Fish Traders, Christoffer Skov Pedersen. Except the freshest, locally-caught, seasonal fish at the counter alongside loaves of eco rye from Skipper, tine of gourmet sardines and a few bottles of natural wine and cider perched precariously on the shelves. The prices are scribbled in black marker against the white tiled wall alongside miniature figurines (all ocean related) and reminders to order your infamous Lille Bakery loaf for the weekend. If you're not in the market for the full seafood haul, stop by for a fish-centric to-go lunch.

It doesn't get more authentic than Ranee's. Their Thai menu is expansive, but every dish is as delicious as the next. We recommend ordering a table full of dishes to share, as there is no end to explosions of flavours in every dish!
