From the space, to the food, to the ambience, everything at Baka d'Busk is just perfection. With their very own Instagram page dedicated to their art alone, this veggie bistro makes for one of the hippest hangouts in Copenhagen. 

Lampshades, trinkets, bedside tables and ludicrously ornate candelabras, Quriosa is an emporium of vintage treasures. Dart, duck and dive through the numerous antiques scattered haphazardly inside. Though, it's by rummaging through the street-side boxes where the true collectibles can be found. One man's trash is another man's treasure after all!

Nihao YAO has become a street food institution and a beckoning family-run affair. Cadge a seat on one of the communal tables scattered with water jugs, green tea, gallons of soy and a hot, spicy chili oil before ordering a bunch of snack-sized bites (or xiǎo chī). With a Mapo tofu special, iconic guabao's and the must-try Taiwanese potsticker (pan-fried dumplings), a feast is beckoning. 

This former pop-up has earned a permanent place in Copenhagen, and for good reason - its bao buns are insanely delicious! These Taiwanese steam buns come with a variety of fillings, like the classic pork belly or fried tofu. Don't forget to leave room for one of their original dessert buns!
