Apollo Bar & Kantine is one of the coolest places in Copenhagen (which probably means it's one of the coolest places in the world). Tucked away in the courtyard of the Kunsthal Charlottenborg on the otherwise busy fanfare of Nyhavn is one of the chicest places in Copenhagen.  It's a buzzing museum café by day and bar by night headed by restaurateur Frederik Bille Brahe – also the man behind Atelier September. One set lunch is served daily in the student canteen, also open to museum-goers and the general public alike, and come the evening the bar becomes a bustling hive of activity, small sharing plates and experimental cocktails.
