Bardin is definitely one of our favourite cafes in Antwerp thanks to its freshly brewed coffee and delicious breakfasts and lunches. The fresh herbs that feature on their menu come from their very own lovely little garden where you can sit and enjoy your meal on a nice day.

This restaurant plays with creativity and dynamic flavour combinations. And they do so very, very well. With a focus on sustainability, and/or makes plant-based cool.

Just down the road from Lewis, Thomas Snijders' new culinary project Bar Raket is all things cool. Though it's casual in both style and technique, its bar-food-meets-modern-French cuisine is seriously good. Expect classics as well as more inventive dishes.
