In Sidi Ghanem’s creative quarter, Jajjah is a riot of colour and energy from Moroccan artist and acclaimed photographer Hassan Hajjaj. Part gallery, part café, it draws the district’s cool crowd – many with studios nearby – for Friday couscous and conversation. The tienda-style shop, fully branded in Hajjaj’s pop-art aesthetic, sells everything from bold sweatshirts to tins of his cult teas – vibrant souvenirs of Marrakesh with a Warhol-meets-Maghreb twist.
