Based in Zurich after years in London and New York, he’s a Principal at Kaltroco and a Columbia graduate who has been travelling the world since childhood. A serious gourmet, much of his travel is work-related, but he’s always looking for a new neighbourhood, a different route or, ideally, a very good meal.
