Our friend Bart is the man who seems to know fashion's next big thing before anyone else. His eye for emerging talent inspired the launch of Parrot Agency in 2013, which has since grown into one of Europe's most respected independent showrooms, with spaces in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Paris, London and New York, representing names like Halpern, Conner Ives, Bernadette, Gauge81, Lisa Yang, Wandler and B.B. Wallace.
