Take a seat on the verandah outside, have a sip of the ginger negroni (it's the classic, and our absolute favourite), and watch the world go by. 

What started as a family affair has now grown into a kitchen and guesthouse. Using fresh ingredients, and locally caught seafood, Capim Santo is still very much a family-run venture. You can feel the love and passion that goes into creating all of the dishes.
